Workshop Terms and Conditions - Updated on 1st April 2023

I run workshops with small numbers, usually 4-6 people) to allow for everyone to get plenty of help and attention. Last minute cancellations leave me very much out of pocket and it’s difficult to find replacements and fill the spaces at short notice. It takes time and effort to prepare for workshops; materials are ordered weeks in advance, the studio hire fee is paid upfront and classes are usually fully booked several months in advance. 

By booking on a workshop, you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions which I have updated from 1st April 2023. 

- PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE A PLACE ON A WORKSHOP, PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR PAYMENT DETAILS OR BOOK VIA THE WEBSITE

 - CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 3 WEEKS BEFORE THE COURSE DATE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

- PLACES CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO AN ALTERNATIVE COURSE DATE IF ITS LESS THAN 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE COURSE

- IN THE EVENT THAT A WORKSHOP HAS TO BE CANCELLED, A FULL REFUND WILL BE OFFERED
